1 Snatch grip deadlift
1 Hang power snatch
*1 Overhead squat if capable.
Build to wod weight heavier if capable.
Practice rope climbs.

*If not doing the overhead squat with the bar or load. Practice with a dowel after the dead lift and hang power snatch.

10 rope climbs
30 Snatches (135,95)
1 mile run

Option 2:
10 rope climbs

20 rope pulls ground to standing
30 Snatches (45,30)

Post WOD:
Foam roll for 5 minutes.

CFS Brief:
New Year’s Eve Party @ CFS 8 pm to Midnight.
Pizza and snacks provided.
BYOB
If you have a Teenager 13+ in the CrossFit program you may bring them along with you to WOD and play games.
WOD @ 8:30 pm
Games from 8 pm – Midnight:
Ping pong, Badminton, Can-Jam, Spike Ball, Basket ball and Bocce Ball.
Watch the ball drop at Midnight and celebrate the New Year.
