The bike went pretty well today, it was the ring dips that were more of a challenge. Used the band to keep things “moving” and wound up 6 reps short at the cap. If given a choice between yesterday’s endurance workout and today’s short sprint, I would take endurance any day of the week.

I didn’t expect to end under the cap so that was a nice surprise! Team “Michelle” beat Team “Becka” by a lot in Hungry hippos! I think we need a do-over – I’m pretty sure our strategy will be greatly improved the second time around!
