I agree with Scott! The strict press is where it got spicy…quickly. The first round of them felt really good 🙂 Fun this morning doing handstands with Becka and Ilana (with video to prove it!) It’s great to have other sets of eyes who can cue head position since you can’t see your own head. Thanks for the reminder of “no hook grip” on strict press Frozen – I seem to really like that hook grip. Now, if only fixing double-unders were that easy…
