Calorie Row, every calorie = 1 point
Alternating dumbbell snatches = 2 points (50,35) 1 point per hand
Burpee box jump overs = 2.5 points (24,20)

Mandatory Movement 1: 50 Calorie row = 50 points
Mandatory Movement 2: 50 Dumbbell snatches = 50 points
Mandatory Movement 3: 20 Burpee box jumps = 50 points

*Mandatory movements switch at 50 points
*You must accumulate 50 points on each movement twice, otherwise choose your strategy!

Post WOD:
Foam roll for 5 minutes
