Ilana: push-ups instead of ring dips
Becka: RX ring dips the first round, and red band the second round.
This wod was more manageable than I anticipated. We split the runs up by 200 m. Becka rocked those ring dips!
33 & change. Maulik #35 sandbag. JL #50. Push-ups for both. First real run in 3 months since hamstring tear. Happy it feels good.
