High Intensity Interval Pyramid starting at 500 meters
Set your monitor for a variable interval workout as follows, with no rest between intervals: 500m, 500m, 400m, 400m, 300m, 300m, 200m, 200m, 100m, 100m, 200m, 200m, 300m, 300m, 400m, 400m, 500m, 500m. Row the first 5000m at a moderate pace, then 500m at an intense pace, then 400m moderate, then 400m intense, and so on down to 100 meters, then work your way back up to 500 meters in the same manner.

Legs were tired this morning after playing golf yesterday and walking 16,000 steps, but I made it in there and was glad I did. No excuses today!
Bench 5×155#…felt good but didn’t push it.
WOD: 2+340 Rx…hats off to the folks who can get three rounds of this one…I was thrilled just to get back on the rower.
5 Heavy Bench: 90#
Baseline: 2+371 Rx – agree with JD, I was happy to get back on the rower and get more than halfway through the row in round 3. Of course I was on the rower next to Matt, so seeing him finish his first 500M when I was just under 400M was not fun. Great body weight workout! Thanks John!
Yesterday came in felt tired and after felt terrific. Today came in felt good, left exhausted. Legs were rubber.
#165 5 reps. Got 2 Rds plus 187M in row. Struggled getting thru push-ups timely in second round. Short and sweet.
