This WOD lived up to its expectations! 30:06 RX
For the future: I will step over instead of jumping on and off the plate each time. I will have a fan directly on me. That’s all. Nice job to all of those around me that flew through this one!

Awful wod today. Battling a bit of a cold, plus the humid air had me to breathe (and “resting” at the bottom) after the first FIVE
So…I switched it up to 80% of burpees (40-32-24-16-8) and did the rest Rx. Even that was awful but since I wanted to go home, I’ll consider it a win.

Milk and Honey: 22:22 Rx Tried to stay “within reasonable distance” of Matt 😬 As the rep schemes got shorter, his lead grew, but I held on. Fun workout and did live up to expectations! Pro tip: Go really fast on the first set of burpees 😂 Find a pace and stick with it throughout. Don’t stop. Thanks Frozen! This was a fun one!

It all depends upon who your partner is…I see no problems 🙂
