Bench press 10-10-10-8-8-8-6-6-6
1 rope climb after each bench set. Legless if you can do it.
Option for rope climbs:
3 rope pulls
Cash out with the class:
Tabata: Sit-ups
Post WOD:
Foam roll for 5 minutes
Bench press. #135, #155, #165. Last 6 did #175 in two sets of 3. 3 Rope pulls. Managed to maintain 10 sit-ups thru the tabata.

One regular rope climb in between each set. After I was done with the workout and Ilana had come in for the 6:30 class, she said “I just got 3/4 up the rope without using my legs”…so of course I had to try it. Got up to about two pulls away from the top, which was farther than I thought I would have gotten. 🙂 Always love that push. Worked with Sarah this morning who did a great job on the bench – it was her first time benching.

Rope climbs are almost always my happy place…one slight mess up in round one when I jumped up and missed the rope 😳…nothing to see here!!!! At least Matt said nobody (except him 🤥 saw it…and then he let Ilana know about it so she could bring it up during breakfast
