Warm-Up:
AMRAP 15
Burpee Giant Beach Volley Ball. The class will be broken into 2 teams. One team will serve the giant ball over the wall/net. The other team will have a maximum of 3 hits to get the ball back over to the other teams side. If the ball touches the ground the whole team will have to perform the designated movement by the coach. The ball must stay in the designated boundaries. The ball is out of bounds if it hits either back walls.

There will be no kids classes on Labor Day.

The second round of burpees was definitely a bit of “a problem” for me – just focused on sets of 10 to slog through them. Could have gone heavier on the plate. Sorry to my teammates for not staying in my spot during the VB game…..I’m a little over zealous when it comes to that sport.
No Problem: 18:13 Rx I am probably one of the few people who don’t mind doing burpees – the more the merrier! I think it’s because I don’t have that far to go to get to the ground and get back up 🙂 This was a good workout – pace yourself from the start as it will sneak up on you during/after the GTOH. Oversized-ball-volleyball was a lot of fun! I was able to sneak in to the 6:30 to even up their teams, and had fun with the 5:30 crew as always. Thanks Frozen, it was great to break things up with a game before hitting that workout!

Volleyball was fun! The burpees were hard but I grinded (is that a word?) through them, just like JL!
