Every 5 Minutes x 5 Rounds:
50 Double unders
40m shuttle sprint (20m up/ 20m back)
30 Ab-mat-sit-ups
20/15 Calorie Bike or 15/10 calorie row
10 Chest to bar Pull-ups

*You should be able to complete the 5 movements in 4 minutes or better in the first 3 rounds. Adjust the reps and calories if needed. If you go beyond the 5 minutes finish the round, take a minute off and adjust your reps for the next 5 minute round.

Option 2:
Every 5 Minutes x 5 Rounds:
40 Double unders
30m sprint(15m up/15m back)
25 Ab-mat-sit-ups
15/10 Calorie Bike or 10/7 calorie row
10 Pull-ups

Option 3:
Every 5 Minutes x 5 Rounds:
60 Single unders
20m sprint(10m up 10m back)
15 Ab-mat-sit-ups
15/10 Calorie Bike or 10/7 calorie row
10 Box assisted Pull-ups or ring rows
