As far as triplets go, this was a great one! Even with the wall balls 🙂 I took those as a challenge and just wanted to try to maintain some sort of pace. The burpees were good – the first set went well and the second set was all about moving. The row was more of a recovery/find a pace and go. I did offer to trade wall balls for burpees for anyone who was interested. Lots of interest…Thanks Hanna!!
