Calorie bike,
Calorie ski erg,
Double unders

Rest 5 minutes between rounds.

The Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 intervals.
Your score is your max calories and reps for all 4 tabata’s.

Post WOD:
Foam roll for 5 minutes.
