*10 rounds for time. Teams of 2. 1 person completes a full round while the other rests. Each athlete completes 5 rounds
12 Chest to bar pull-ups
18 calorie bike
6 Strict HSPU
*Athletes should be finishing their rounds in 90 seconds or better
*Pull-ups 2 sets or better
* HSPU unbroken
*Calorie bike 30 seconds or better.
*Scale loads, calories and movements as needed.

Option 2:

6 Box HSPU or 1 wall walk.

12 Bar assisted pull-ups or ring rows
18 calorie bike
6 DB strict press(40,25)
