My arms felt totally gassed after the complex so that first set of 21 felt pretty miserable. I was watching Matt and Ryan fly through their burpees while I was still working my way through them. The 15 didn’t feel much better…..but I’m glad I went with the heavier weight to push myself. No pain, no gain!
