Super fun workout this morning with Becka! We broke up the burpees into sets of 10 and started the row in 500M increments and then switched to 400/600. We finished less than 4:00 behind Ryan and Matt (do those guys EVER get tired?!), so that’s something š A fun crew at 5:30 – we laughed, we danced, we burpeed, we rowed. What more could you ask for on Tuesday morning?! Thanks Frozen!!
