Wow was this a tough workout…I’m still recovering from it. I guess it’s a good workout when I walk through the door and my family says “what happened to you?!” 🙂 Thanks Paul for pushing me to Rx it and Ken for helping me put away my bar…I definitely was out of it after the workout! My advice today is believe in yourself and go for it!
