I went light on the KB swings to save myself for the pull-ups. I was determined to get all of them and I did. I had to split them up into sets, 4,3,3,2 but I got them done. It’s the first workout that I’ve done pull-ups versus ring-rows when there were more than 5 required per set. It took me longer to finish, but I feel so happy about challenging myself and achieving the goal. Now to get those damn wall balls…..
