Bike Races. Joe and JL. When I saw the WOD name got pumped. Then, of course, I saw the run. Felt good running today. The only time I saw was my first round at 3:28.

25:09…always great working out with the boss, and it was fantastic to have those dreaded bikes outside while the air was still nice and cool! On a side note…saw some dance moves bubbling up out of Matt and Nathan!
