Seriously Ken. Nothing is going to slow Ryan down. I had to miss class this morning, so he did not have me to chase, which probably explained him slacking off a bit.
Wrong Deb. In a couple of years and after their third kid Ryan will be doing this WOD in the 21:40s. And I know that short people named Katrin can’t keep up with him on the row.
