Being a short girl, swinging 2 kettlebells between the legs is a bit of a challenge. I am very, very surprised I didn’t hit myself at least once. It was not the smoothest of moves and I was worried about tweaking my back so I focused on keeping my core tight. So far, so good. I do have a nice bruise on my left wrist from the KB PPs.

I tried to do two different weight Kettlebells but it looked ugly (thanks Hanna) and would have likely ended up with me hurting something! So…kept it as heavy as my left wrist would allow and focused on good form, strict presses, and pushing the runs a little more.
