*A round of Cindy is 5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, 15 squats

100 Ab-mat sit-ups
50 Burpees 
10 Rounds of Strict “Cindy”

Option 3 Functional:
For Time:
50 Ab-mat sit-ups
30 Burpees 
10 Rounds of Strict “Cindy”

Post WOD:
Foam roll for 5 minutes
