Prep the Deadlift to WOD weight.
Practice your wallballs between sets.
You should feel good about starting out unbroken with your deadlifts and be able to stay 2 sets or less during the WOD.
Scale the load and height of the wallballs as needed.

The row, ski, bike and run must be done in order. You must complete one before moving on to the next.

Felt good about my weight choice on the DLs to protect my back. Focused REALLY hard on those wall balls and did well until round 6 where I faulted on 5, then 10 so it was a long round of 30! It for sure made me focus even harder during round 7 so I didn’t have a repeat!
