Original plan was to do 1/2 the dubs…first round, trying for 25 dubs was a mess…took a while and got whipped a bunch.secomd round…started with lots of misses and finished with 17 in a row. That felt great. Decided to switch back to full volume for the third round and got 30 unbroken. Dubs are coming back…albeit slowly.

Enjoyed this workout and found the modification on the push press was perfect. I have been instructed to not triple extend with a barbell until Friday and was rather proud of myself for actually listening 🙂 Still looking for those double unders.
Great job JD and Deb! Did bootcamp and tried a box jump. One was enough to know to stop. No jumping for a month and they were right. I am awaiting Anti-Annie – Where jumping rope is replaced by Cals on the bike.
Glad you listened and will not do jumping movements for a month! I’ll make a deal with you…a similar one that I made with Rob…you do the bike, and I’m happy to jump rope and box jump all you want!!

My time was either 12:40 or 14:20. If I don’t write it down I have a horrible memory. I really struggled with the rope today – no knee pain, which is great, but just didn’t have any rhythm the first 2 rounds at all. By the third it was starting to come together but by that time I was really far behind. Push presses felt good, and abmats are what they are. Not my best day at the box but it was better than no day at the box.
Way to go and stick it out!! Your push presses looked great!
