Wod: 17:21 @ 125#. Weight was the perfect scale for me. Good WOD and glad I didn’t cherry pick around 3,000m of rowing.

I love the rower. I love the rower. I love the rower. (This is not an invitation to program the bike tomorrow). Great WOD to just find your pace on the rower and stick with it. Would have been more great if I were about a foot taller.

I need to remember next time that overhead movements always feel really heavy to me in warm-ups. Weight usually feels much better during the workout. 80# definitely wasn’t easy, but I probably could have gone a little heavier and taken more time to finish. Always a bit nervous to increase the load too much when doing anything overhead.
