Five rounds for max reps of:
Bodyweight bench press
Strict Pull-ups
*Rest as needed between rounds
*Total reps for both movements is your score.
When you finish your last round of strict pull-ups run 800m.
Load options for bench:
1.3/4 body weight
2.1/2 body weight
*You should be looking to get atleast 8-10 reps in the first round.
Post WOD
Lax ball pecks 2 minutes per side.

Ryan and Sean got me to 10 on the bench. Pretty sure I didn’t warm up enough bc those 2 rounds of 8 actually felt heavy.
So great to have no wallballs, burpees or lunges! The legs/butt needed a rest. Bench @ 145: 10,10,11,11,10 and 7,6,6,5,5 for the pull-ups. The run was sheer joy!
