Hit this nutrition challenge with us! It’s only 21 days – you can do anything for 21 days!! May 7th – May 27th.

It’s simple – grab a partner (or two) and put your names up on the whitebaord at CFS.  Partners are great when it comes to holding you accountable.  We’re following a Whole 30 kind of challenge. 

Only eat real food – meat, fish, eggs, vegetables, fruits, nuts & seeds.
Yes, that means no booze!
Our only exceptions will be white or brown rice and oatmeal on days you workout.  We’re also allowing whey protein or Fuel for Fire pre and post workout.

If you eat a non-compliant food – even a little, you and your partner must bike 100 calories EACH for that day!
