I felt good going through the 3-6-9-12, but the buy in took more time than I would have liked.

Finished the burpees up in just over 2:00, which was a bit of a catch-22 as that meant I had more time to do the rest of the workout. To quote Ryan this morning after it was made known that the burpees for were Dana’s birthday…”Dana is only 21″. Good try Ry. Technically we should have done a couple more for YOUR birthday last week 🙂 The smaller sets kept things moving and fun! Great job to Mike who re-did 20.3 – he made the first sets of 21-15-9 look easy and he had enough time after the second set of 21 to get in a HSPU! Thanks for the bringing the sunshine to a rainy Monday morning Hanna!
