90 seconds rest to rotate stations and change loads.
Dumbbell bench press(50,35)
Hang power cleans(135,95)
5m Stone carry then 5 Burpees (AHAP)
Sledge hammer tire hits out side.(10,7.5)
Tire flips (AHAP)
*Scale loads as needed. You should be able to move reps of 5 comfortably.
*This wod is scored for total reps at each station.
Foam roll for 5 minutes.
