200 speed steps (although not pretty!), 40 wallballs (14#), 25 burpees to target, 50 wallballs, 200 speed steps (still not pretty but a little smoother…)
I scaled the number of wall balls in the first set because I was worried about the time, but decided to do all the second set. Kudos to CJ for helping some pretty rhythm challenged people to work on speed steps! Fun class.
