10 Hang Power Cleans (115, 75)
20 Double unders or 40 speed steps
@ the 25 minute mark leave for an 800m sand bag run together (50,35)
*Scale load as needed.
* Your score is the total reps for the AMRAP and your time when you come back from the second run.
*Each round is 45 reps
Example 12 total round would equal 540 reps and the total time of WOD 29:42.
