10k row with not-so-new, very tall Matt: 46:05. We started with 500/400m split but I decided to play fair and do 500m too. We were fairly evenly matched actually so it seemed like the right thing to do. We just had to keep adjusting the foot restraints because I think his feet were easily double the size of mine π
