Team Chelsea on the run 
Teams of 3.  Wear a vest if capable.
AMRAP in 30 minutes
Continues 200 m sand bag turf run (50,35)
5 Pull-Ups
10 Push-Ups
15 Air Squats
*Scale the pull-ups and push-ups as needed.
*Scale sand bag load as needed.

Athlete 1 Starts the sandbag run
Athlete 2 Starts the triplet
Athlete 3 rests
When athlete 1 comes back from the run. Athlete 3 goes for the run and athletes 1 & 2 work the triplet. When athlete 3 comes back from the run. Athlete 2 goes for the run. And athletes 1 & 3 work the triplet. One athlete will work while the other rests on the triplet. Divide the reps on the triplet how ever you like.

7:00am – Adult CrossFit
8:30am – Adult CrossFit

Friday, 11/23 we will offer the following schedule:
8:00am  – 12:30pm      Wodsgiving Open Box
1:00pm – Kids & Teens Class Ages 12+
This open box will be structured with 4 WODs.  Athletes can come whenever they like and do as many WODs as they want!  WODs will start at approximately 8:30am, 9:30am, 10:30am and 11:30am.  Start times may shift slightly due to the number of athletes and possible multiple heats.  Athletes will warm up on their own. Please arrive early and warm-up properly.  WODs will be posted by 11/22.
