“Anything a Dottir can do, I can do…” A nice little twist on traditional Annie! Apparently, today was NOT the day for double unders 🙁 Nice crowd at 5:30am, followed up by an equally nice crowd at 6:30! Thanks Kathi for the tips and cues and getting us ready to attack this workout!

The last time we did a deadlift version of Annie (3 DL after each round), I finished in 9:26 with 2 x Singles and 155# DL. Same number of deadlifts, just in a different scheme.
8:40-8:50ish (totally spacing on my time) at 225#
I have a love/hate relationship with Annie, love me some dubs but hate me some ab mats. And I like deadlifts, just wish I was stronger at them!
