Fun time with the boys (and Hanna) at noon! Boy do I love distance rowing!!
Look at us all posting at the time! The handstands were the challenge in this one, but if you find the right scale that gives you that push, it’s all good. As you can see, I did not complete a round, but I was happy with the green band, backpack style scale as that gives me the upside down and the need to balance myself. Ken – get yourself through a round a back on the rower!!

1700 meters + 30 RX. Got back to the rower with about 10 seconds to spare, but couldn’t get my act together to get any pulls in! Deb, glad you enjoyed your long-distance rowing! I was secretly happy not to row a second time 😜….
