WOD prep:
Prep the lifts to the heaviest WOD weight. Athletes should pair with similar strengths if possible.
*Absolutely no dropping load from overhead. Choose a load you can control from overhead down to the floor. 

WOD:
Mistle Toe
For Time (30 Minute Cap)
Teams of 2.  Divide the reps and burpees as you like.
60 Deadlifts (155,105)
20 Burpees over the barbell
40 Hang Power Cleans (155,105)
20 Burpees over the barbell
15 Push Jerks (155,105)
20 Burpees over the barbell
15 Push Jerks (135,95)
20 Burpees over the barbell

*The load drops at the 2nd round of push jerks.

CFS Brief:
Free class Friday is offered on the 1st Friday of every month. It is an opportunity for anyone to try CrossFit. This is not a free drop-in for existing CrossFitters.  Please register here if you will be attending any of the classes offered on Free Class Friday.
