I’m pretty sure I did 95# for my previous and it was over 10 minutes. Can’t find any record of it though.
Really happy with the weight choice and the intensity. Three great days in a row…rest day tomorrow.

Ha! Sorry Beth – today was a rest day, though I really like this workout! If I were to do it, I would have gone with 75# or 80# for weight. Why don’t you do it for us and let me know how it goes?!
